Ferguson retired from managing in 2013 after more than 26 years at Manchester United, and a managing career that reaches all the way back to 1974. He’s maintained a role at Old Trafford as a director and “club ambassador,” and participated in a ceremony honoring retiring longtime Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger at Old Trafford last week.
