Andrew McCutchen Goes A Long Way To Make A Splendid Catch
Don't let the unsure call take you out of the highlight (no offense to play-by-play man Tim Neverett). This catch by Andrew McCutchen is fantastic.
The Pirates outfielder took away an extra-base hit from Mets outfielder Juan Lagares in the bottom of the third during tonight's game. Admire the ground he covered. McCutchen starts above the right part of the Mets logo in center field and lands in front of the Xerox sign. He went farther left than 50 Cent's first pitch.
Oddly enough, it was the other way around earlier in the game. In the first inning, Lagares had robbed McCutchen of a hit at the wall.
