Idiot On The Field Runs Into Cardinals Shortstop Paul DeJong, Is Promptly Tackled By Security

An idiot on the field in tonight’s Diamondbacks-Cardinals game bumped into St. Louis shortstop Paul DeJong before being swarmed by several security guards and tackled to the ground. While footage of the interaction with DeJong did not immediately seem to have been captured and shared by any intrepid fans—Fox Sports Midwest offers some narration here, though no images—here’s a clip of the tackle:

That’s at least five security guards. Ouch.
