The league's annual awards event takes place during Super Bowl week and traditionally has aired on NFL Network as well as each year's Super Bowl rights partner.
Picking up the show is part of a reported revised deal that the NFL and Netflix agreed on through the 2029 season.
Netflix becomes the ceremony's exclusive broadcast partner following a ratings report estimate of 3.7 million viewers for the February 2026 primetime broadcast on NBC.
Netflix also confirmed reports that it will have five games in its 2026 game inventory, which includes its third consecutive Christmas Day doubleheader.
On Wednesday, the NFL announced that the Los Angeles Rams will host the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving Eve (Nov. 25) on Netflix. This follows an earlier announcement that the Rams' season-opening game against the San Francisco 49ers in Melbourne, Australia on Sept. 10 will air on Netflix. The streaming service will also get a final-week game with playoff implications.
