The MLB Ticket Demand Hierarchy, Visualized
Quartz goes deep into baseball's secondary ticket market, breaking down all the data from 2012. This chart shows which visiting teams were draws in which ballparks (the Yankees and Red Sox, still), and which were attendance poison everywhere (Houston, Seattle).
With the data from Seatgeek, they've put together lots of other fun graphics too, including one that shows every team's resale range over the course of the year. (The Blue Jays and Nationals were two of 12 teams that didn't have a single game average over $100. That'll change this season.)
