The Aces, who defeated the New York Liberty in the 2023 WNBA Finals under coach Becky Hammon, presented President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris with custom jerseys during the ceremony.
"It matters to girls and women, finally seeing themselves represented," Biden said at the ceremony in the East Room of the White House. "It matters to all Americans. That's why as a nation, we need to support women's sports."
Candace Parker, who retired last week following a stellar career, was not in attendance. Parker, 38, was a member of the Aces' championship team last season.
Former Iowa star Kate Martin, a first-round pick of the Aces in last month's draft, attended the event.
